Enable users to move freely and continue to receive calls from any InTeleSync SIP account. Grandstream Wave is a free softphone application that allows users to connect to their SIP accounts from anywhere in the world. Utilize on any Android or iOS device to increase mobility and stay connected to essential communications.
When you launch the Grandstream Wave application for the first time, you will be presented with the dialpad.
Contact InTeleSync for your proper account settings.
Account Name – Anything that makes sense to you.
SIP Server – Will be the PBX that InTeleSync informs you of.
SIP User ID – InTeleSync will tell you your proper User ID.
SIP Authentication ID – InTeleSync will tell you your proper Authentication ID.
Password – Contact InTeleSync.
Voicemail User ID – *123
Display Name – This is what will display when you make an extension to extension call.
Be sure to click the Check in the upper right to save your changes and add the account.
Your InTeleSync account has now been set up. If correct, then you should see a green dot next to your name.
Next choose Settings in the lower right corner again, and choose Advanced Settings. Scroll down and choose QoS Settings.
In QoS (Quality of Service) Settings, set:
Layer 3 QoS for SiP = 26
Layer 3 QoS for Audio – 46
This will make calls work better over various cellular and wifi networks.
Save your changes and go back to the Keypad. You should see your Name and a green dot in the upper right corner if you’re logged in correctly.
You can test the quality of your mobile extension by dialing *398 and following the echo test instructions.
